1. Order Processing & Timeline

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Peak Seasons: Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume seasonal periods.

2. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any redirection fees or additional shipping costs charged by the carrier due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters the processing phase after this window, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation as the item may already be prepared for shipment.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility if we make a mistake or if your item arrives in poor condition.

  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery. This strict window is required for us to file timely claims with our freight carriers.
  • Proof Required: Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item is mandatory for all claims.
  • Resolution: For verified damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Freight Deliveries: If your order arrives via a freight truck, please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If the box shows visible damage, please note "Damaged" on the receipt before the driver leaves.

5. "Buyer’s Remorse" Returns

If you decide you no longer want an item that arrived in good condition:

  • 30-Day Eligibility: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Amount: We will refund the product price only.
  • Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will actively work with the shipping provider to resolve any transit issues. Please note that resolution timelines (including replacements or refunds for lost items) are subject to the carrier’s specific investigation process.

7. Refunds

Refunds are initiated once the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
